Additionally, we assist clients in restructuring their land assets portfolio to meet new objectives. We also work with a number of Strategic Land promoters, acting as intermediaries between landowners and developers, guiding them through the complex planning system and maximizing the value of the land.

We have our own due diligence process and pool of architects to review, investigate and optimise planning/development work to improve planning stage success, mitigate land value risk and potential construction cost shortfall.
